Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is seeking a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead the ICT delivery organization across North America. You will oversee auditors, project managers, and technical experts to ensure safe, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, capacity planning, coaching, and building a high-performing team. Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading ICT delivery teams and client-facing service delivery.
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services.
Ability to recruit, onboard, coach, and develop auditors and technical staff.

Responsibilities

Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, and client satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT services, ensuring compliance and delivery excellence.
Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, building a high-performing team and implementing scalable processes.
Establish expectations for performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery function.
Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement, aligning resources with client demand and growth.
