Maximus is seeking a Senior IBM COBOL Developer for the IRS client. This is a FULL TIME, remote position requiring an active Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI). You will lead development, evaluate tools, and document requirements, while mentoring other team members.

The role emphasizes COBOL with DB2/CICS, JCL, and SQL, and requires strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.
