Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM across a global workforce and enterprise apps. You will automate lifecycle events, integrate HR systems, and support rapid growth via M&A activity, focusing on SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM.

The role requires deep expertise in AD/Entra ID, SAML/OIDC/OAuth, and enterprise IdPs, with strong scripting and governance experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Security.
• 5+ years designing enterprise IAM solutions, incl. M&A projects.
• Strong AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and GPO knowledge.
• Extensive SAML/OIDC/OAuth and SCIM experience.
• Hands-on with IdPs and governance suites (Okta, Ping, SailPoint).
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Familiar with Zero Trust, RBAC, and DevOps SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• M&A integration leadership for IAM across org systems.
• Consolidate IdPs into unified SSO and manage cross-domain auth.
• Design, implement, and maintain SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM solutions.
• Automate onboarding, transitions and offboarding; IaC for IAM.
• Enforce security policies, perform access reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with Security, IT Ops, HR, and Dev teams.
