Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity security initiatives in a country-wide remote role.

You will own design and implementation of SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management across AD and Entra ID. You will drive M&A integrations, unify IdPs, automate workflows, and contribute to governance, access reviews, and audits while collaborating with Security, IT Ops, HR, and App Dev teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in IAM engineering with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience with M&A integration projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate disparate identity providers into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop automated workflows and IaC configurations for IAM platforms.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
