Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity and access management for our global workforce, enabling secure access to enterprise applications and supporting rapid M&A integration.

The role focuses on consolidating identity providers, implementing cross-domain authentication, and building automated workflows that improve onboarding and offboarding while maintaining compliance and strong security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IAM integration workstreams.
• Consolidate identity providers into a unified SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop automated IAM workflows and API integrations.
• Implement IaC for IAM configurations.
• Ensure security policies and compliance.
