Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity and access management initiatives across the organization. You will design and implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, and IAM governance while collaborating with security and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience.
• Strong command of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and GPO management.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (M&A) and SSO integration.
• Consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design and implement cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop scalable IAM solutions including SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM.
• Automate onboarding, transitions and offboarding workflows (IaC).
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for IAM issues.
