Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and supporting M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop scalable IAM solutions: SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM.
• Automate workflows and API-driven integrations for onboarding/offboarding.
• Implement IaC for IAM platform configuration.
• Enforce SSO security policies including MFA and RBAC.
• Conduct access reviews and support audits.
