Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions. You will manage complex integrations across AD, Entra ID, and various IdPs, while enforcing security controls and compliance across the organization.

You will lead automation, IaC practices, and cross-team collaboration to deliver secure, scalable IAM capabilities, including SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM, with a focus on M&A activity and risk-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience supporting M&A integration projects preferred.
• Strong command of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IdPs and governance suites such as Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and ForgeRock.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and SSO integration workstreams.
• Consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
