Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design and implement enterprise IAM solutions, including SSO, identity lifecycle management, and governance across hybrid environments. This role focuses on integration projects tied to mergers and acquisitions and requires strong collaboration with security, IT operations, HR, and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AD, Entra ID, and federation standards, plus scripting skills and a strong DevOps mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Security.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM engineering experience on enterprise-scale solutions.
• Solid knowledge of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Consolidate multiple IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Design and implement SSO, LCM, IGA and PAM solutions.
