Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Security or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years designing enterprise IAM solutions and supporting M&A integrations.
• Core tech: AD/Entra ID, LDAP, GPO; SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
• IAM platforms: hands-on with IdPs and governance suites (Okta, Ping, Entra, CyberArk, SailPoint, ForgeRock).

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A and divestitures.
• Consolidate IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Implement SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM; automate onboarding/offboarding.
• Apply IaC for IAM configuration management.
• Enforce SSO security policies and RBAC.
