Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and manage identity and access solutions for a global workforce. You will lead M&A integration efforts, consolidate identity providers into a single SSO platform, and automate lifecycle management across diverse IT environments.

The role emphasizes strong scripting, governance, and collaboration with Security, IT Operations, HR, and App Development to ensure compliant access and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Info Security, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years designing enterprise IAM solutions; M&A integration preferred.
• Core tech: AD/Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, IdPs; scripting for automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A and divestitures with cross‑functional teams.
• Consolidate IdPs into a unified SSO platform and design cross‑domain auth.
• Develop automated IAM workflows and IaC for IAM platforms.
• Enforce security policies, perform access reviews, and support audits.
• Collaborate with Security, IT Operations, HR, and Dev teams.
