Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to set the direction for Relativity's enterprise IAM program. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity across workforce, customer, and non-human identities, partnering with the Manager of Enterprise Security and leading cross-functional teams.

You will design identity controls, CAE, ZTNA, SSO/federation, and PAM governance, while mentoring engineers and elevating threat detection capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in CS/InfoSec or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus; Masters with 6+ years acceptable.
• Expert hands-on experience with IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities (CAE), MFA, phishing-resistant authentication.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, SSO/federation across SaaS/multi-cloud.
• Define governance for non-human identities (service accounts, workloads) and PAM.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA; develop IR playbooks.
• Provide guidance for AI DevSecOps and collaborate with GRC on controls.
