Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM program, spanning workforce, machine, and non-human identities. You will define architecture, strategy, and operational maturity, partnering with the Enterprise Security team to reduce identity risk and strengthen detection and response capabilities.

The role emphasizes design of CAE, ZTNA, SSO/federation, and PAM governance, while mentoring engineers and aligning identity controls with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus.
• Expert in IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with federation protocols.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation.
• Familiar with MITRE, NIST 800-63 and Zero Trust frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workloads.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and CAE for Zero Trust maturity.
• Design and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Oversee SSO, federation, and authentication standards across cloud environments.
• Implement PAM and governance for non-human identities.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop IR playbooks.
• Mentor identity engineers and partner with GRC on compliance.
