Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, shaping architecture and strategy for workforce, machine, and non-human identities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce the identity attack surface and mature identity security controls.

You will drive CAS and MFA modernization, implement PAM and IGA enhancements, and integrate identity telemetry into detection and response workflows. Strong leadership and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Expert experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement and observability.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust and translating them to technical controls.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities (CAE, risk-based and phishing-resistant authentication).
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS and multi-cloud environments.
• Define CIS Benchmarks/DISA STIGs with automated compliance validation.
• Design identity lifecycle automation integrating HR systems, directories, and downstream apps.
• Engineer IGA capabilities: access reviews, certification campaigns, SOD enforcement.
• Lead PAM implementation including credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Govern non-human identities with drift detection and policy-as-code enforcement.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA for credential abuse detection.
• Develop identity-focused IR playbooks and threat context awareness.
• Guide AI DevSecOps identity controls in CI/CD pipelines.
