Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to steer identity architecture across workforce, customer, and machine identities. You will define and mature AI-enabled identity technologies, collaborate with the Enterprise Security team, and uplift security controls to reduce the attack surface.

You will mentor engineers, drive identity governance and PAM programs, and ensure integration with CI/CD, SIEM, and SOAR, while supporting audits and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus; 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Expert experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Leadership in identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement and observability.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST 800‑63, Zero Trust and related security frameworks.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for containerized services and policy automation.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and Zero Trust capabilities and CAE for enterprise environments.
• Engineer ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, JIT access, and SSO/federation across cloud environments.
• Lead PAM deployment including credential vaulting, elevation, and session monitoring.
• Govern non-human identities with policy-as-code and drift detection.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop identity-focused IR playbooks.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with GRC for audits and compliance.
