Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects in Spartanburg, SC. The role requires overseeing all phases from preconstruction to turnover, coordinating with owners, design teams, and contractors, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, and MSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years leading projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept through completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead change management and approve invoices and cost forecasts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across activities.
