Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center delivery in Spartanburg, SC. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight, coordinating with architects, engineers, and utilities to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project completion.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience on large-scale facilities and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 4 years leading projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
