Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center construction in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role demands coordinating between owners, design teams, contractors, and utilities to ensure safety, schedule, and cost targets are met.

You will drive preconstruction through commissioning, manage budgets, staffing, and change orders, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years in a PM/APP PM role leading projects valued at $50M+.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept through completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to achieve objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, commissioning teams, and client reps.
• Facilitate meetings, track items, and report status to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
