Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a hyperscale data center project on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead the delivery from preconstruction through commissioning, coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, utilities, and commissioning agents.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time turnover while interfacing with executive leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience with large-scale projects.
• 4+ years leading projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, subs, utilities, and client reps.
