Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes. You will perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, ensuring high quality service and safety compliance for residents.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, 5+ years of general maintenance experience, EPA/ HVAC certifications preferred, and the ability to work on-site with reliable transportation and good communication with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience maintaining residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and document major repairs prior to expenditures.
• Coordinate with residents and vendors to resolve service requests.
