Job summary

Progress Residential seeks a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, handling both scheduled and emergency maintenance.

The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding company standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in general maintenance, HVAC certification, and EPA certification, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification from Technical College or Trade Program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, etc.).
• Experience repairing residential appliances ideal.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective components.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Report major repairs prior to expenditure of funds.
• Be reliable with attendance and punctuality.
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors.
