Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to deliver exceptional resident experiences while maintaining cost controls across our single-family homes nationwide.

You'll inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and handle related repairs. The role requires EPA and HVAC certifications, 5+ years of maintenance experience, and clean driving record. On-call availability and strong safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ general service and maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Diagnose advanced issues and report major repairs.
