Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to provide exceptional customer experiences while inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. The role includes performing preventative maintenance and other residential maintenance tasks as needed.

You will work with the Property Management team to ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion of service requests, including on-call availability and adherence to EPA and OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification preferred; technical college or trade program helpful.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess service requests and determine steps to resolve while delivering strong customer service.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner.
