Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking an experienced Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes nationwide. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure safety and quality in every interaction with residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of general service experience, HVAC certification, and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification or trade program preferred.
• EPA certification required and experience with furnaces, AC, duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective equipment or components.
• Ensure safety compliance and professional conduct with residents.
