Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a skilled Service Technician III - HVAC to service our single-family homes. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and perform related maintenance to ensure residents receive reliable service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and the ability to work on-call, including weekends and evenings. A valid driver’s license and basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• HVAC certification and EPA certification required.
• Own basic tools and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective components.
• Ensure safety compliance and report major repairs and expenditures.
• Maintain punctual attendance and professional conduct.
