Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to maintain and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in general maintenance, HVAC certification or equivalent, EPA certification, and own basic tools. This role requires reliable transportation and on-call availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall).
• Technical college or trade program with HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances in customers’ homes preferred.
• Must own basic tools for service work and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license in the working state.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair defects prior to expenditure of funds.
• Report major repairs to management and adhere to safety standards.
• On-call availability for weekends and evenings as needed.
