Job summary

Progress Residential LP in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes. You will provide an outstanding customer experience while managing cost controls.

The role requires 5+ years in general service, HVAC certification and EPA certification, plus owning basic tools and a valid driver's license. On-site work with opportunities for professional growth and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• Technical HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Report major repairs prior to expenditure; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct with residents and vendors.
