Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is hiring a Service Technician III - HVAC for on-site work in Atlanta. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, perform preventative maintenance, and handle emergency service requests while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office and handheld devices for field reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Minimum experience: 5 years in maintenance and service roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and laws.
• Maintain tools and report major repairs prior to expenditures.
