Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair systems in our single-family homes. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and respond to service requests while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, owns basic tools, and holds a valid driver's license. On-call, weekend and evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ general service and maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification (Technical College or Trade Program) preferred; EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years experience with furnaces, A/Cs, duct distribution, water heaters and related piping.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license; on-call availability incl. weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate reporting of major repairs.
• Maintain timely completion of service requests.
