Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

You should have strong EPA certification, 5+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently while following safety rules and company policies. On-call, weekends, and evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification from technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall).
• Experience repairing residential appliances in customers' homes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and perform repairs or replacements.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Maintain punctuality and complete service requests professionally.
• Interact with residents and vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
