The role focuses on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction, covering service contracts, capital projects, and service delivery coordination. You will balance revenue growth with operational excellence, acting as a trusted advisor between sales, service operations, and project execution teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/engineering/marketing.
• 2-5 years in commercial HVAC/controls service or sales.
• Experience managing service contracts, cost estimates, and price increases.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret service reports.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with assigned customers to increase revenue and profitability.
• Pursue upsell opportunities: service contracts, equipment, and new lines of business.
• Manage renewals and contract negotiations with price escalations.
• Pursue annual and multi-year contracts and pricing increases.
• Coordinate service delivery with facility managers and internal teams.
• Maintain customer records, pipeline and backlog; use tracking systems.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations; close sales.
