Job summary

You will oversee service contract renewals, capital project sales, and coordinating service delivery with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes upselling, price negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with facility managers, with occasional travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in commercial HVAC/building services or facilities management.
• 2+ years in account management or technical sales with service contracts.
• Experience in negotiating terms and price increases.
• Knowledge of service contracts and capital equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with assigned customers to increase revenue and profitability
• Upsell service contracts expansions, equipment additions, and new scopes
• Manage maintenance renewals and contract negotiations with price escalations
• Pursue annual/multi-year contracts and pricing increases
• Identify replacement opportunities through age analysis and failure trends
• Coordinate planned outages and major repairs with facility managers
• Maintain knowledge of products to meet customer needs
• Communicate regularly to promote contract renewals
• Prepare service contracts and bid specifications; provide quotes
• Forecast and plan sales with internal teams
