Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Science field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC controls solutions for customer problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition teams for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by guiding the sales process and defining next steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to foster long-term partnerships.
