Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a results-driven sales professional to engage with customers, develop HVAC controls solutions, and convert leads into profitable opportunities. You will build account plans, assemble cross-functional teams, and guide customers through technical questions on systems and installations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience or a BS degree, 2+ years in solution sales, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor of Science degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license with valid status and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation in developing HVAC controls related solutions for customers’ problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
• Ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term mutual support requirements for a strong partnership.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
