Responsibilities

Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC controls solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Assemble and coordinate acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
Convert leads into opportunities by applying the proper sales process and communicating next steps.
Develop an account-specific business plan to secure long-term, profitable partnerships.
Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications, controls, installation, and maintenance.
