Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Controls Account Manager to develop HVAC controls solutions, expand account share, and foster strong customer relationships. You will lead discussions on financial and performance-based considerations, coordinating teams to close deals and grow existing accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in solution sales, a BA/BS or Science Degree, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across customer organizations. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Science Degree.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC controls solutions for customer problems.
• Consistently ascertain customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition team for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by guiding sales process and steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for long-term partnership.
