Job summary

Progress Residential in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will perform preventive maintenance and responsive service with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC Certification, EPA Certification, and ability to work varied shifts including on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required.
• Technical HVAC training preferred; 5+ years maintenance exp.
• Experience repairing residential appliances is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance and general maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
• Maintain tools, transportation and accurate documentation of work.
