Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single family rental homes. You will perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance to ensure comfort and safety for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, HVAC and EPA certifications, and at least 5 years of general maintenance experience. You must own basic tools and have reliable transportation for on-site residential work and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification from technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation for residential work.

Responsabilités

• Assess situations quickly and determine steps to resolve service requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections and service requests on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair/replace defective equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Complete service requests professionally and on time.
