Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems across our single-family homes, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency service requests, and timely communication of major repairs. Ideal candidates have HVAC certification and EPA credentials, plus strong organizational and interpersonal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC Certification from Technical College or Trade Program is preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; report major repairs prior to expenditure of funds.
