Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC in Phoenix to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, EPA qualification, and reliable transportation. On-call work including weekends/evenings may be required as part of a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Own basic tools to perform routine service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-call availability for weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Repair or replace defective equipment and components.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
