Job summary

Progress Residential in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our property management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes, while delivering outstanding customer service and controlling costs.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate with residents and vendors. A strong background in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, plus EPA certification, is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification from a technical program preferred.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective components.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all work.
• Communicate effectively with residents and vendors.
• Maintain tools and transportation for field work.
