Job summary
Nextech in Ohio seeks an experienced HVAC/R Service Operations Manager to lead the service department and technicians. You will organize, direct, and coordinate service activities to deliver outstanding customer service and reinforce our brand.

Qualifications
- HVAC contracting or building-related services management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage SLA and client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full financial for operations.
- Review PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L with the team.
- Take calls for customer escalation issues and provide solutions.
- Recruit, hire, and develop the service operations team.
- Deliver goals and metrics for the assigned group.
- Evaluate and perform annual reviews.
