Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' service proven experience managing service operations and/or service dispatch/scheduling.
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC commercial industry experience with progressing responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize many projects based on financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day HVAC service operations and branch processes to ensure customer satisfaction and financial targets.
• Forecasts, analyzes, and drives service business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Supervises service support staff and account/asset management activities.
• Ensures training, process adherence and use of service applications for efficiency and safety.
