Job summary

Nextech is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead a team of HVAC Technicians across the Worthington region. You will recruit, supervise, and develop technicians, ensure productivity, and maintain customer relationships while aligning with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, technical HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the area is expected as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HVAC service experience with management exposure.
• Ability to recruit, supervise and develop technicians.
• Willingness to travel as needed and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Technicians for the area.
• Supervise and develop the technician workforce.
• Forecast staffing needs and hire accordingly to meet demand.
• Ensure productivity meets goals and maintain service levels.
• Maintain local customer relationships with RSM and Account Managers.
• Lead weekly service meetings and review performance.
