Nextech is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Operations Manager to oversee the service department and technicians nationwide. You will coordinate staff, direct service activities, and drive outstanding customer service and brand recognition.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company
• Have an HVAC/R Technical Background
• Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication
• Experience with management and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full financial for operations
• Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution
• Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients
• Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team
• Develop training plan for service support teamQuality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities
• Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations
