Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Coordinator II to schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, and maintenance. You will collaborate with supervisors, manage customer communications, and help keep projects on track.

This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive coordination, and strong customer service in a busy in-office setting. The position also includes handling billing, AP/AR tasks, and warranty coordination, with onboarding support for new hires.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Experience working with HVAC Technicians (preferred).
• Experience with Astea and/or any other service tracking software.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate startups and communicate scheduling with customers.
• Process invoices and bill customers.
• Assist in local office AP/AR and ensure payment receipt.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments.
• Answer phones and greet customers professionally.
• Assist new hires with paperwork and HR onboarding steps.
