Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator for an onsite role at the Richmond Service Center. You will schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, and maintenance, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

You will also manage time tracking, invoicing, and warranty administration, coordinating with Human Resources and the service team to ensure timely payments and smooth operations. This role offers growth opportunities in a large HVAC organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate scheduling updates with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist with local AP/AR processes.
• Coordinate warranty process, parts orders, and shipments.
• Enter information into the ERP system and ensure proper filing of documents.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience
