Qualifications

• HVAC experience and familiarity with service software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for jobs (startups, repairs, maintenance).
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate startups and communicate scheduling with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist in AP/AR and payments follow-up.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments.
• Answer phones and greet customers professionally.
• Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork and HR forms.
