Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual revenue from multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer to close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists for proposals on key deals.
