Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency that runs websites, SEO, and paid media for multi-location HVAC and home service groups. As Head of Sales for HVAC, you own our largest multi-location deals, from first meeting with ownership to the signed contract.

Expect a $2M annual quota fed by meetings with multi-location HVAC groups and inbound leads. This is an individual contributor seat with no direct reports or management, focused on closing strategic deals that cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location deals.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion: more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for the deals that matter most.
